Calamity Days

When school is closed or delayed due to inclement weather, parents, students, and teachers will be notified by the One Call Now phone system. Parents may also monitor the local radio and TV channels. If a two-hour delay is issued, the following schedule will be followed:

9:10 Teachers/Staff Arrive

9:15 Building opens and breakfast is served

9:40 School Day Begins

2:35 Dismissal

There may be no bus service available from your district to bring your child/children to school on days when OLR issues a two-hour delay. It will be your responsibility to provide transportation on these days. Please have a plan established ahead of time for this situation.

School Cancellation/Closure Info

For school cancellations information, please refer to television announcements on WDTN, WKEF, WHIO and FOX 45. When possible, school cancellations will also be posted on our website under "Upcoming Events". Listen for your OneCall that should come by 6:00 a.m. when possible.
