Application Process

Registration Information:

 If you believe that OLR is the best place for your child to enroll, please contact the main office at (937) 222-7231 for tour and enrollment information for 2026-2027 school year. Registration fee is $25. The cutoff for Kindergarten is Sept. 30th (must be 5).

What you will need to register:

• Child’s official birth certificate

• Baptismal certificate (Catholic only)

• Most recent report card

• Most recent standardized test scores

• Immunization records

• Custody papers if applicable

• Copy  of a current utility bill
