News & Events

The Our Lady of the Rosary School is a busy place throughout the school year. Here you can read about some of the events that our scholars have participated in at in our school.

As one of several activities to develop problem solving skills and lead by example, Ms. Frommeyer and Mrs. Bailey’s group recognized the Prayer Garden was in need of attention. Students worked to weed, plant over a dozen new flowering plants and move the painted rocks from last school year to the garden! These students have worked on several activities including: planning a business, identifying problems, building community and forming directions for others to follow! Here are some pictures of the fun and educational activities!
Mr. Wes and Mrs. Whitney’s group has been hard at work creating lock out rooms. These take a great amount of planning, detail and problem solving! We look forward to seeing the final products!

This summer some of our OLR Scholars are attending our in house summer program. this program works to develop problem solving skills in our scholars and help them to learn to lead by example. OLR scholars are doing this by working to help beautify and clean up our prayer garden among other things. In the pictures on the right our scholars are also working hard to create lock out rooms, a work which requires much focus and problem solving.
